    Communicate!

Tomorrow I am defending my thesis!

It is a very formal event with the jury and external guests including family and friends.

You will think it is scary but not really. The ownership over the project is so high that you are even waiting for someone to try to make a bad intentional question to make him/her look bad.

The only problem we have is that one of the guys in the team may not be defending with us. His mistake: lack of communication.

After we presented the final document, he dissapear for work-related reasons, and we had to do some corrections to the structure of the document (not even the content). Then the School stuff realized he wasn't working that much and they are refusing to let him defend.

    My position is:
    1. Yes, he is part of the team
    2. Yes, HE did NOT show up after we presented the final document for revision
    3. Yes, WE did NOT add value to the project while he was away, we only re-shape
    4. Yes, he must do correctional activities
    5. No, the relation fault-punishment is not fare, neither logic
And for the record, the team never presented a formal complaint.

    Just Communicate!
